The library provides a number of services to help users to more effectively pursue their studies or research:

Circulation Desk
Users may loan, return and reserve library material from the Open Shelf and Reserve book collections and from the Audiovisual Collection at this service point

Document Supply / Interlibrary Loans
Books and journal articles can be obtained for library users from other libraries

Information Desk
Helps users with brief queries to find information and use the Library

Literature Searching
The Literature Search section can assist with information searches using databases and websites

Photocopying
Copies of journal articles and parts of books can be made in the library for study and research purposes but the Copyright Act must be adhered to

Study Centre
A study centre alongside the library is open 24 hours a day

User Education/ Information Literacy
Programmes are presented to orientate users to the Medunsa Library and to assist them to fully utilize the library's information resources
